ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Supervising department work in manager's absence
- Review of internal audit requests
- Completing quarterly Mastercard Processing
- Completing annual state ATM reporting
- Processing returned items incoming and outgoing, processing Fed adjustments
- Assisting ACH and Reg E Coordinators daily tasks, with a focus of coverage in their absence
- Reviewing and approving mobile capture deposits
- Daily ATM and Debit Card balancing
- Balancing general ledger and bank owned DDA's
- Review of abandoned property
- Managing cash orders for bank commercial vaults
- Completing setup and changes for all Business Online Banking and Cash Management service requests
- Setup and managing accounts through Promontory for ICS and CDARS accounts
- Researching issues for front line and branch staff utilizing SalesForce
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Solid background in bank operations, including retail and back office area. Excellent communication skills, knowledge of word and excel applications
- 5 years of operational or branch banking experience
- Team player
- Good Communication Skills
- Organized
- Multi-task oriented
- Ability to assist front end staff and branches in a friendly and knowledgeable manner
